Arrow Finance to launch token issuance platform Arrow Pad on July 20

Arrow Finance, a DeFi protocol in the Robinhood ecosystem, said it will launch Arrow Pad on July 20. The new platform is positioned as a one-stop token issuance service on Robinhood.
